Room Media Wall Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Room Media Wall, a visionOS app by Roobooto K.K.

Use of the App

Room Media Wall helps you browse and view local media folders in spatial rooms and floating windows. You are responsible for the files you choose to open, display, organize, or play in the app.

The app can access only files and folders you select or authorize through system permission prompts. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to access and view the selected content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Room Media Wall in a way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to interfere with the app, the operating system, or third-party services.

Room Media Wall is provided as available. Features may vary depending on device capabilities, visionOS version, file provider behavior, file format, and media size.

No Warranty

The app is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roobooto K.K. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms of Use and is not responsible for the app or its content. Your use of the app must also comply with applicable Apple App Store terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
