### Why can’t I see my files?

Open the Files app first and confirm the folder is available. Then return to Room Media Wall and add the folder again from Sources.

### Does the app upload my media?

No. Room Media Wall is designed for local browsing. Files stay on your device or in the storage provider you choose.

### Which formats are supported?

Room Media Wall supports common image, video, PDF, text, and HTML files, including PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, HEIC, WEBP, PDF, MP4, MOV, M4V, TXT, SRT, and HTML.

### Why can large videos be slow?

Large or remote videos depend on file size, codec, network speed, storage provider behavior, and system memory.

Troubleshooting

1. Restart the app.

2. Confirm the folder is still available in Files.

3. Try a smaller folder or local files first.

4. Update to the latest visionOS version.
