Room Media Wall Privacy Policy

Room Media Wall is a visionOS app by Roobooto K.K. for browsing local folders as spatial media walls.

Data Collection

Room Media Wall does not require an account and does not collect personal information through its own server.

The app accesses files and folders only after you select them through the system file picker or grant permission through visionOS. Your media files remain on your device or in the storage location you choose, such as iCloud Drive, local storage, or a file provider configured by you.

Files and Media

Room Media Wall may read selected photos, videos, PDFs, text files, HTML files, and related file metadata so it can display thumbnails, previews, playback windows, and spatial media layouts.

The app does not upload your selected files to Roobooto K.K. servers.

Diagnostics

If Apple provides crash logs, diagnostics, or App Store analytics to the developer, they may be used to improve stability and performance. These reports are provided by Apple according to the privacy settings on your device and Apple account.

Third-Party Services

Room Media Wall does not include third-party advertising SDKs. Files opened from cloud or network file providers may be handled by the provider you configured outside the app.

Children

Room Media Wall is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
